ExitBridge Advisors was founded for the purpose of helping first-time business buyers and sellers navigate the challenging acquisition process. The act of buying or selling a business is something that most business owners go through only once in their careers. For sellers, it is the final capstone on years of hard work building and leading a successful company. For buyers, it may be the largest and single most important investment of their lives. The stakes run high and so do the emotions. Successful acquisitions are about creating financial value, but they are also about people too. This is a relationship business, and we believe strong relationships are the key to success before and after an acquisition.
